The whole trafficking gang will have access to the tracking device on their own mobile phones! Meaning the victims life will never be their own. The whole grooming gang will know everything about the victims life, family, friends and whereabouts!

For the record! BACT has since evolved (organically) I got taken away from BACT to rescue my other child from the authorities attempted kidnapping in 2016 and created SOS with another home educator in 2017 who also went through the same thing as I.

BACT IS NOW CALLED BACT & SOS because of this .

And all the other stuff in the middle like crafts by the sea is also connected to it.
